Transformation focuses on a portfolio of interdependent initiatives with an overall goal of transforming or reinventing an organisation allowing it to discover a new or revised business model and culture based on a model for the future. Through the execution of certain strategic initiatives within the transformation portfolio, transformation can create much needed new cultural principles while strengthening already entrenched principles that our clients would like to hold on to.
