Amanda is a dynamic self-starter with business acumen with experience and expertise across broad industry sectors. She has handled multiple priorities and met deadlines in a fast paced environment.

An accounting and economics graduate with over 18 years of diverse experience in investments, auditing, financial accounting, financial management, retail, fast moving consumer goods (fmcgs), and corporate advisory services. She has a B.Comm (Economics) degree from University of Cape Town and further studies in accounting with UNISA, UKZN and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Exposure to different environments has given her many adaptable and transferable skills that are applicable to any business environment. She has a passion for small business and has coached many small businesses to get to the next level. Amanda also has a Higher Diploma in Taxation from UJ, she is currently finalizing her Masters in South African and International Tax Law, also at the University of Johannesburg.








Nozi is highly driven dynamic young entrepreneur, intent on making her mark in the world of business. Nozi also has over 10 year’s corporate experience having worked for the likes of Astrapack DLC, Adcorp, The Kelly Group and Standard Bank CIB focusing on Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Training and Development. Exposure to these different corporate environments helped her attain numerous invaluable skills such as strong leadership and management, business strategy, commercial awareness and communications skills while elevating her consulting abilities.

At the end of 2015 Nozi left corporate and founded FTG Consult; following her passion for learning and development and the uplift of previously disadvantages persons (especially youths) she has worked on exciting projects providing consulting services, developing soft skills learning material and career coaching. She is also currently running numerous business ventures such as conferencing, property, training, small business coaching and consulting. In 2015, Nozi founded the Women in Property Conference which seeks to empower likeminded women who are either currently property entrepreneurs or want to enter the property entrepreneurship space.






Munya is the Projects Manager at FtG Consult and adds incredible value through his energy and high levels of expertise and skills honed across broad industry sectors.  Munya is an Econometrician by training with over a decade of diverse experience in economic modelling, training and facilitation, investments and operations management, commercial farming, construction, and the hospitality industry.

Exposure to different environments has provided him with many adaptable and transferable skills that can be suited to many differing environments. As a result of his diverse business ventures, Munya has been able to apply these skills in his own entrepreneurial endeavours and ensure their success. As a director of FtG Consult he has been involved in growing the business from the training and facilitation sector into hosting and event management of company conferences and workshops.

As a facilitator Munya has offered intensive project management training to many regional leaders from organisations ranging from the Auditor General Office of Kenya, staff from the Prime Minister’s office of Cameroon and staff from the Lesotho Ministry of Finance.  With a special emphasis on monitoring and evaluation approaches, those who have been through the courses have acquired skills in robust corporate governance and reporting in the projects.
